there is a song number one, i think the original is by aida, i have a version by bridgette but the beat is very slow tempoed, am i thinking of the correct artist (aida) that does the original?????

The original version of "NUMBER ONE" that I am aware of is by Cindy Janson. It was released in 1987 on Bassment Records. In my opinion it is a lot better than the version that Bridgette recorded a few years later (also released on Bassment Records)
