I am reaching out to each and every one of you in the freestyle community for support on a cause that is close to my heart! I am the proud mother of two young sons, Gino who is 11, and Michael, who is 4, that are both diagnosed with Autism. My sons and I are participating in a walk for autism in my hometown of Philadelphia at Citizens Bank Park on October 1, 2005! The walk is geared to raise awareness to the exploding epidemic of Autism. if you or anyone you know would be interested in participating in the walk please contact me at denine1972@aol.com or if you would like to donate to the "Cure Autism Now" please visit my sons web page at http://www.walknow.org/05philly/mikeyandgino2005

No problem Denine...anything I can do to help...I know it's not easy...but the little that we do now will make a difference in the long run! Anything you need just let me know!

Hi denine

I would love to come out and particitpate in such an event but I wont be able to, I'll be in KC for an eagles trip. But as soon as I can, I promise I will donate something for the cause, thats the least I can do. I have a friend who was going out with a girl who had two kids who were autistic and he told me how much is involved when parenting children with autism and what a stress it can be financially and mentally. And a boy who I thought was my son for five years (he's seven now) is thought to be slightly autistic. ( I love him and his brother just as much as I did then even though I havent seen them in two years, mom won't let me even though she lied to me for all those years and I took care of her other sone as if he was mine too, but thats a whole different story that I can go on about for hours). But my point is anything I can do I would love to help so you can definatley count on a donation, I'm just sorry I can't make the walk. I don't know much about your situation but I hope that everything works out for you and your family and everyone else who is affected by autism.

sounds like a great cause, i hope you meet your quota. i can't make the WALK but i will definitely contribute and i know many others will also. you have alot of fans on this site and are happy to hear from you. keep up the good work!! you are missed!
