Is there a connection between you and Fat Joe?

On the Fat Joe song with Ashanti "Whats Love (Got To Do)"
Fat joe is ad libbing "Oui Oui Y'all... Oui, Oui Y'all" sounding just like you do in the K7/Ty Bless song, "Voulez Vous".

Since French words/lyrics aren't that popular in Rap Songs, I was wondering if there is there a connection?
 
You guys should give a shout to Fat Joe for a guest spot. He's a BIG name now. Guaranteed to get some attention. Are there any artists that u made any connections with or interviewed back at hot97?

That was actually him saying yes, yes ya'll in french. One of hip-hops first bridges to segue the verses...

I was chanting that on Voulez Vous and I guess Joe might have been inspired by it. He always told kay he loved that track.

We're going to have him on my top prospect's (Rapper Sonny Chulo)album..
