LOL, i know the feeling...i started workin out with a trainer in January, and i see a lot of results, im trying to get shredded!!! I flex all the time for people, its so funny, i have muscle but its nice lean muscle and people are starting to notice! My parents actually asked me this weekend if i was taking any "supplemenets"

Hey Christine I hear ya about the bathing suit weather coming up. I try not to think about it too much. LOL But it is definitely nice to see the results! Plus I'm taking this other class called RPM (Raw Power through Motion) and it's a cycling class. It's an amazing workout for the thighs and butt. 🙂

LOL Actually no I won't. I'm not a big meat eater. Besides, you need more than just sandwhiches to have a healthy diet. I still wonderif that's really real...loosing over 100 lbs on a sandwhich thing. Oh well. I'm sure it was more than that.

Def cut out bread and pasta (sux for me , im italiana!!)
You will see a huge change in your body..you need to thin your skin out in order to see the definition in your muscles and with these foods it makes your skin thick!

Bread and pasta are the ENEMY!!!

Oh, and also drink a TON or water, even if you are not thirsty! it will help you get rid of any extra water that your carrying!

LOL I know!!!!!! I really haven't eaten much pasta, it's the bread I gotta cut. Thing is I'm a bagel person, so pretty much every morning that's what I get on my way to class. I used to never really eat breakfast, so I'm trying to break that bad habit.

I have been drinking tons of water....that's how I lost almost 4 pounds so quick. So as long as I have my water, I'm good. Plus since I have a bottle with me all the time, I'm not "tempted" to buy a soda or ice tea or something.
 
No More bagels!

Becuase us women have "Child Bearin Hips" thats where the bagels sit!

Eat egg whites or oatmeal with a teeny bit of peanut butter in the am! Trust me you will see a difference! Every morning at work i get 4 egg whites with veggies, and it keeps me full alllll morning!
