I’m a guide of my own destiny. The only leader in my life. I know how much to gamble for love. If it’s worth it, I’ll take all the strife. Got played too many times and swore to never be the fool. But love makes you blind, leaving you dazed and confused. I’ve educated the weak, and have given to the lonely. No regrets live here, tranquillity only. I’m a friend at its best, an enemy if you cross me. Living my life to the fullest is what my plans be. I’ll lend you a shoulder if you are down, a hand when in need of help. Turn your back on me just once, and you can do all that shit by urself. I never always thought like this, I never always felt this way. But being too kind can leave you with a big price to pay. In this world you got to watch who you trust even they are your friends. Smiling faces today and deceivers in the end. Jealousy and envy: I know both all too well. Mistrusted someone once and uncertainty is what I was dealt. Got to learn by what you do, got to teach all that you know. Many are misled, the right way is the road you got to go. It takes a sometimes cold heart that will not feel, a firm mind to stay strong, and focused mind to succeed. In order to live this tough life of mine, you got to have all three.
