Right now, our Bookstore TV is on CNN, where earlier Bush was speaking at a college graduation. The grads and students booed Bush. Many people in the bookstore(including me) appluaded when Bush got booed!!!!!!!!! :sunshine

I think that's funny as hell, but to be honest, I think no matter who the president is, someone would've booed. There are always people who are not happy with who the president is.

I really don't get it...he's always being trashed now he's being booed....so then who voted for him to win?

Excuse my ignorance but are there enough of them in the US to elect Bush...cuz I've been to NYC, other parts of NY state, NJ, Detroit and Boston within the past 2 years and no one likes Bush that's why I don't understand how he won re-election

glad you liked it.

and as for sietz's comments, there were a lot more people other than his list who voted for Bush.

I've seen a number of cars in the NJ/NYC area that have Bush/Cheney bumper stickers on them.

I hear ya chuck.... in Jersey specifically I find it's those white collar families with a big house in Marlboro, not wealthy, but rich, they have the "life" and either are clueless about others that stuggle & have less then them, or just don't give a crap as long as they're set.... 🙂
