It is indeed very sad. He will be missed by many. I myself was brought up a catholic and have kind of grown away from the church for a few reasons. But I believe his passing will have many people analyzing their spirituality. But no matter what religion one might be, there's no denying Pope John Paul II was a great man- charismatic, big time humanitarian, who's love and faith is an inspiration. He'll be really hard to measure up to. His knowledge of languages alone is amazing.
