Well, this was a hard vote.

You have to compare Michael's PAST accomplishments to Usher's CURRENT ones. It would kinda be like comparing Madonna to Brittney Spears.

I voted for Michael, because of the amount of success back in the day.

If I were to compare Michael's last cd to Usher's current one, the vote would go to Usher.

well I would have to say Michael Jackson because back when he had "Thriller" it was at the time, and for many years after, the best selling album IN RECORDING HISTORY. While Usher is popular, I don't think he is able to claim being the "best selling male artist of all time" and also, when Michael was at his peak, it was a complete mania - people were wearing one jeweled glove, dressing like him, screaming in the streets ALL OVER THE WORLD etc. I don't see that kind of fanatacism about Usher. Usher has a great deal of talent, but he is not the icon that Michael Jackson was at the peak of his career.

Even tho MJ may not be....hows should I put this.......the most sane person out there....he is talented...MJ is the inspiration behind artists like Usher...although Usher is extremely talented he is no way near MJ league
