Will Michael be found guilty in 2005?And does he have two more children on the way?This Poll will run for 7 days.So do you think Michael will be found guilty of child molestation or innocent?
 
I voted he will be found innocent.

I am not really sure what to think. I would hate to think he's done what they accuse him of, but I have a strong feeling that something is not kosher in Neverland.
 
well now they say they will include evidence from his
past cases which he settled in..if this is the case ..they
really could find him guilty..watching dateline lastnight..
and there's just too many details this boy has revealed
that will be allowed in this case..
 
Wow, this is sooo hard for me. Growing up, I loved this man, now I look at him and besides being scared of just the way he looks.... he's a freak of nature and I'm sooo sorry to say that.

I did think he was innocent for so long. I felt he was so young in the mind that he thought it was ok to have these sleep overs and nothing happening.

Last night they had these transcripts of the details (some details) and they really freaked me out. He has issues and he needs help. He needs to stay away from little kids. But in my opinion... the parents are at fault too. If anyone is accused (JUST ACCUSED) of touching children inappropriately, do you think I'm going to let my kids be near that person let alone sleep over???

It's sad.
 
Yeah, it is sad.

I would keep my kids away from MJ just by the way he behaves in public.

He has too many "yes" people around him telling him things are ok. He needs someone to tell him "no" a few times.

Very Wrong happenned in his life no doubt..like you said..it's the
parents fault and so are his..maybe They shouldve gotten him help
a long time ago..these things are visible at a young age..so his parents
had to have noticed something wrong in him..and avoided thesed kids
getting hurt now..but like parents they probably saw what they didnt
want to see..

Heidee, I agree with EVERYTHING you said...

It's sad because if all of this turns out to be true, he duped us, his fans, into thinking and trusting that we could continue to see him as this Ultimate Performer and Genius Musician, when he's been a pedophile all along. No doubt his Musical acheivements can not be disputed. But I'm sorry, for me, knowing that he abused these children, if this is the case, would CERTAINLY change the way I see him, Musical genius or not. And what will really upset me is that he used the cover of being an innocent, childlike man, who constantly professed his adoration of children, when what he was really doing is keeping kids around him for his own sick gratification. That is just EVIL.

But something to think about... This man made millions of dollars....you can believe that the innocent, naive, childlike mind he portrays is an act.. cause when it comes down to the dollars and cents.. he didn't make that dough being a "kid" but a shrewd business man..

He's "Jeffrey Dahmer" guilty. Sick F___er! These are little kids.

"Off the Wall" was the first album I ever bought with my own money. I really liked this guy, but you can't do what they're claiming and walk. If he is found guilty (which he should) they need to put his a$$ in prison and in the Gen Pop.

The details in the transcript????? You can't coach a kid to say things like that. Seven locks on the dor and sensors??????? What do you need all that when you have guards walking the entire compound????????
 
For a long time, I was leaning toward innocence but I gotta say something just isn't right there. I was listening to the transcripts on CNN also and I was in shock, not only about what I heard but because of all the details.

I also feel that if MJ is gonna be convicted, something needs to be done to the parents. Allowing you child to sleep in an adults bed, a stranger to make it worst, someone who has been accused of molestation is child neglect. I still believe money is a big factor in this case and we haven't seen anything yet.
 
You are so right LMG... HELLOOOO, someone accused this man of touching children, but the way people are (the crazy greedy type), they didn't care, they put their kids in jeopardy and in harms way to maybe get money out of this all. AND AT THE EXPENSE OF THEIR OWN CHILDREN.... There really needs to be something done to them as well, I agree.

KX, I know really... sensors around bedroom doors... no need for that unless you're doing something in the room when you shouldn't be.
 
Some peeps think that their kids would get ova shiat like that, because money can solve everything. There is no amount of money in this world, that would even think about putting any of my children in harms way..

Well he isnt locked up so yes it is innocent until proven guilty. But what doesnt sit right with me is how stupid can someone be. Sometime in life you put yourself in some situations that could have been avoided. If he was accused before and he manage to get out of it, why in the world take the chance and get himself in the same situation. I mean be for real, wtf is he sleepign with lil boys, even if it all "innocent'.

You can be a very talented artist and be a child molestor, drug user, alcholic, murderer,etc...The art can be respected but the performer no, love the art is ok, but loving theartists for what they done or who they are is questionable.
I lost interest of Michael after his faced changed drastically after thriller, which in thriller is where he needed to seek help.
If michael changes his ways a 100%, god forgives him, so can I.You can be saved, even at your worst, I believe on forgiving if the person changes to a better human being.
 
I guess in Hollywood you can buy innocense, but as far as forgiving, HELL NO!. There are certain things that are unforgivable and in my book molesting a child is one of them. For starters the kids are in AWH just being around such a star. Then for that star to take advantage of the kid.....WTF!.....I doubt there is anyone here that wouldn't put a hole in this guiys head if he did that to one of your kids. Granted neither one of us would allow our kids around him, but I'd blast him in a heartbeat if this happened to one of mine. No hesitation.

depending on what you believe in, forgiving and being saved by god-is a major part of going on the right path, to what god believes and wants.Christian, catholic,jewish,buddhist,etc..etc..I believe in forgiveness, if the person trully is saved and changes their ways.For you to make negative statements like that, is just the devil putting things in your head, be aware, when the time comes-god is always watching.
