Pledge Of Love

given the best of me
provide you with nothing but the best
granted' you the best i can give
and here you come assume the worst of me
could this be what is to become of us
me the one who stands' by you and all you do
is give me attitude dude look around you
who is still standing by your side
and remains' here by your side me the one
you mouth off to your friends'
when your happy when your mad
angry no words' can express what i feel
when we fight over some conflicting
situation that makes' no sence none
at all here we are with nothing
to say to one another mad ego
hurting feeling cant' come close
to say iam sorry so we go
our separate ways' and give each other
space room to bring the ego
hurting feeling to in end and make up
again dude this happens' every time
you get in attitude and assume
the worst of me this is what i think
it stinks' the way you dont' think
love the one that stands' by you
at all times' threw good and bad times'
always' got your back to back you up
in all you do thats' the promise
we pledge when we first put on these rings'
to proclaim pledge our love

Wow I like the style of this poem.Long too.good one .I hope everything wroks out.some times rainy days last longer then sunny days .but in the end the joy will come and melt away some pain but never memories. great poems again hear say.
