I heard it anywhere between 1987-1990. Female solo artist. Freestyle song with a nice beat. In her song she mentions that as she lights up a cigarette and uses the payphone. That's all I remember. Please help me out with this.

The same thought crossed my mind, however "I'll Be There For You" by Stephanie Marano wasn't realeased until 1993 - Well after the time frame of 1987 to 1990 that "Baby Gee" provided.
