It will take a few years to put the Lakers back on the NBA map.. Kobe is a great player but w/out a great coach like PHIL he was lost.. But Kobe n Phil cant win alone..I'm sure Phil will def put together a winning team.. just not in next 2 seasons..
 
I agree they cant win alone he needs a better team , and Mike I also agree. Shaq is the shiat for me and they came close had him and Dwayne been at there 100% who knows what the outcome might have been 🙂
 
DG.. he's coming back as Coach for Lakers.. He signed a 3 yr deal where he's getting paid like $10million @ year..

hes not a coach.. well.. in my eyes he aint... now hes gonna have to prove himself to the world! back when the lakers were champs. i feel that he did no coaching at all.. the players knew what to do... he just took the credit and got paid very nicely for it..
 
I think Phil is a great coach he has coached good teams look at all of the Bulls championships it takes a great coach to get you that far more then once. We say Kobe is the lakers Gm lmfaooooooooooooooo
