OK.....I THOUGHT THESE WERE INVENTED TO BE THROWN AWAY....I MEAN THAT IS THE WHOLE PURPOSE RIGHT?????
WELL IN THIS HOUSE....IT ISN'T!!!!!! YOU SEE..PEOPLE ARE LAZY, AND THEY DON'T LIKE TO WASH THEIR DISHES...SO MY DAD GOT THIS :idea TO BUY PAPER PLATES...USE THEM....WASH THEM???:stoned THAT'S WHAT I DON'T GET......I MEAN, IF YOU CAN WASH THE "PAPER PLATE" WHY CAN'T YOU WASH DISHES????? I MEAN THEY DON'T EVEN WASH DISHES...THEY USE THE DISH WASHER!!!!!

DO ANY OF YOU KNOW PEOPLE LIKE THIS? OR DO YOU DO THE SAME THING? I JUST DON'T SEE THE POINT IN IT!!!!!!!! MAYBE IT'S JUST ME & MY BOYFRIEND!!!!!! IT JUST DRIVES ME UP THE WALL! I THROW THE DAMN THINGS AWAY (WHEN I'M IN MY ROOM EATING) OTHER WISE I WILL GET IN TROUBLE!!!!!!!!
 
OMG, that is so, so funny. I've known lots of people who do that. Forget lazy ma, I say they're just plain cheap. It's not an insult. My dad was pero bien tacaño. I've inherited a bit too, but thank goodness not so bad. We used to do that in my house so we wouln't break dishes. He used to reuse the oil and used to have the old Manhatten accent, so it was earl as in "Make sure you don't throw away that earl we cooked the chicken with. We can use it tommorrow to fry the fish. Everything we ate was always breaded and fried. I never had any idea what I was eating. It's a wonder I lived through that.....I could could write a book about his tacañerias.
 
yes i know someone who does that well two actually.. you and a friend of mine... lol.. j/k

I MEAN YEAH THEY ARE COOL AND ALL..I LOVE THEM TOO...BECAUSE I HATE HAVING TO GO ALL THE WAY DOWN STAIRS AND WASH WHATEVER DISHES I USED....ANYTHING TO KEEP MY STEPMOM FROM COMPLAINING ABOUT "NOT HELPING IN THE KITCHEN" IT'S JUST I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY WE HAVE TO WASH THEM!!!!!!!!

I remember once my mom threw a psycho fit because my she told my brother & I to wash the dishes & we told her we'd do it later, & she was like: "NOW!"
We still said "Ma we'll do them later".
& She went crazy, & said "Oh, no van a lavar los trastes?? Pues COMAN CON LAS F**KING MANOS!" & she literally took all the dishes from the sink, AND dishes that were put away in the cabinets, & whipped them out the living room window & out the door like a mad woman!

After that me & my brothers always washe our dishes on the spot. - lol.

(For those who don't read/speak Spanish, my momz said above waz: "Oh, you're not gonna wash your dishes?? Then you guys can eat with your F**king hands!")

My mom has saved plasticware and plastic cups. lol

LOL my mom does the same! but that really comes in handy during picnics & such.. that plasticware lasts so long! (or so she thinks) as for paper.. thats just ridiculous to wash it, if ppl are cheap they should just buy plastic reusable plates at the dollar store 🙂
 
why buy paper plates and plastic stuff if you are gonna wash it and use it again???

save the money, and use real dishes if you are gonna do all that work anyway.
 
I don't know but paper plates and cups sort of disgust me. Im old fashioned...i gotta have a strong plate lol! And I love washing dishes. 🙂

ARE YOU SERIOUS E.....YOU LIKE WASHING DISHES.....I CAN'T STAND WASHING DISHES.....I HAVE TO CALL MY SISTER TO COME TO MY HOUSE AND WASH DISHES....OF COURSE I HAVE TO PAY HER LIKE $5.00....BUT I DONT CARE....CUZ I WONT DO IT.......LOL......
