I cry from the pain that overflows inside,
It seeps through those many tears in my eye’s.
I plead with my heart as it bleeds so frail,
Please stop this ache I try to scream and have no voice to yell.
I cry for the passion that still burns inside,
For the many memories that I now tell goodbye.
I’m on my knees as I pray for another moment in time.
I cry for the love you failed to see,
For the pain of loving and now setting it free,
I cry for you and I cry for me,
For now knowing we would never again be.
It burns it stings and cut so deep,
To love a woman who would never again belong to me.
I cry for she will never know,
What she truely meant to me,
I cry because I am still in love,
But had to set her free.
