The lawsuit has been dropped by the attorney , I guess he just wanted to get the message out about Hydrogenized oil. Honestly, this would have involved alot of companies, chips, fast food, bakery.
The reason they use this oil is because it is cheaper and can be reused over and over.
I have been cautious about this for the last 5 years. Since I have been eating non Hydrogenized oil produces, I tend to be able to eat more of it, w/o gaining more weight and also not feeling as junk food gross feeling when eating junk food.
Everyone has a choice of what they decide to eat, but never hurts to do research on the ingredients or the way it has been made, it should be right that companies disclose it, since it is their product they are selling to consumer.
