how come everyone is always saying that "one more try" is sung by someone different? timmy t? stevie b? george lamond? ect... who really sings the song?

Timmy T is correct the reason why you get so many other artists getting credit is cuz those that aren't very familiar with freestyle or here in Canada where it's basically
Canadian freestyle artists and Stevie B, Rockelle and Lil Suzy as the only other international stars (yes many people up here do not know who Judy Torres, Safire, Johnny O, George Lamond and Cynthia are) just lable any male freestyle song as Stevie's. I have come across people who think "Sending All My Love" , "Diamond Girl" and "Fantasy Girl" are Stevie B songs so go figure :yoplease
 
What's up POOKIE2372. I think part of the confusion lies with new listeners just getting into Freestyle and are either misinformed or assume the song is sung by a specific artist.
Take for example a recent post> "ONE MORE TRY" By Romeo. Romeo doesn't own a song call One More Try, but then again, someone else thought that they did.

Another reason could lie with the fact that nowadays there are so many different remixes done on older & present Freestyle songs. In example, I got "ONE MORE TRY" which is clearly sung by Timmy T, but it is running @ a faster speed (45 RPM for you old schoolers) and has a techno-ish sound. But again, someone else is taking credit for it and stamped their name on it.

Well up here most people assume any freestyle song that is sung by a female is Lil Suzy and if it's a male then it's Stevie B or Joee...so that's how songs are actually labeled on some sites cuz people just don't know

EXACTLY GINA!!!! Good point!! I came across a few, ex. Stevie B - Fantasy Girl. George Lamond - Girl You Hear Me Crying, Coro - Liste To My Cries, Judy Torres - I Won't Stop Loving You and many others! Crazy huh!
