What do u guys feel about having more than on mix of a single release.

Shouldn't the original mix be good enough for radio play & club play (apart from needing 2 b extended)

or R we as the paying public demanding more 4 R pounds/dollars

should there be enough mixes 2 cater for everyone's taste. Be it House, Garage, Drum & bass, Freestyle, Miami bass, r&b etc etc etc

In the Eighties, you'd probably get 7" version, extended, Dub & a cappella versions, but all from the same mix.

Or would you prefer to have bonus tracks on singles instead like tracks that didn't make it on to the album, demo version.

yea i agree. i def want more than one mix on a single. whats the big deal? its more music for us!! 😀

SURE DIFFRENT MIXES FOR THE DIFFERENT PEOPLE. THE SONG WILL REACH A BIGGER AUDIENCE.

markets

To have more than one mix is the smarts of any label it allows different markets to hear and play the song that might other wise never get any play.

This is normal practice for the labels of today.
