Oldskool pic!

Here's an oldskool 'Big Pimpin' pic of my paternal Grandmother, with her two oldest sons. (My older Gangsta uncles - lol), in da Bronx, NYC, I beleive it was 1957 or 1959.
Either way, it's a very "West Side Story" classic family pic that I love, & I thought I'd share with it with my CF peeps. 🙂

Very kool pics...my maternal grandparents have some really interesting pics of Europe and Toronto in the 50s and 60s it's really amazing and ironic that although more technologically advanced now pictures then seem better than the ones today...

Don't worry Henny, my Grandfather has alot of those pics in a safe place.
I ran-sacked his box & went straight to Walgreens to put most of them on discs. lol.
(Yes, I had permission).
It was fun seeing all these pics I hadn't seen since I was a kid.
I have alot of my Abuela (R.I.P.).

& Yes SONYA, I must agree that there is sumthin' about them oldskool pix that looks better than the ones today.

I didn't see this before.....cool old pic.

For christmas 2 years ago, my mom gave my brother's and I small photo albums, all filled with old pics of our family, and worked it up to 2 years ago, with current pics of family and friends. Not long after, my grandmothers both died. I love that album, and am updating it all the time.

Great pic, Company B! There's an old picture of a friend of my dad's and he looks just like your uncle on the left. His name was Mike I think, but man it's gotta be his double or something. I gotta look for it and see if I still got it. I got lots of my dad with his gangsta friends.
