actually, the guy who produces his stuff (Jim Stienman-I think) who has that "over the top, everything in the song" style, has produced a lot of long songs like that.

Besides Meatloaf's stuff, he's produced:

Wow really?? Dam that Meat Loaf song is coincidentally so similar to Total Eclipse of the Heart and It's All Coming Back To Me....so that's the reason......Jim Steinman!!
