Old Club Ads

I was cleaning out a drawer in my sister's old room and I found all these club ads from the years 1987, 1988, and 1989. Wow, did those bring back memories!!! TKA performed at the American Legion which is just a few blocks from my house!!! And The Bay Club which used to be in Sheepshead Bay, had sooo many freestyle artists performing there like TKA, Cynthia, Denise Lopez, etc, etc. She also had ads from the Palladium, Emerald City, etc. These were the times when people like Pajama Party, Sweet Sensation, Arlene, etc, etc. were performing at these clubs almost every weekend. One ad even advertised Loose Touch so you know we are really going back!! Oh, and one was a New Year's Eve Concert at the Palladium starring Expose and Stevie B!!! Those were definitely the good old days!!

I have a bunch also...one is from 1986 at Roller palace,,,LIme and Nayobe where there..I have so many others from all the clubs ..i saved em🙂.

WOW SOMEONE MENTIONED THE BAYCLUB THAT WAS THE SPOT BACK IN THE DAY AND SO WAS EMERALD CITY. I ONCE SAW A SHOW THERE BUT CAN'T REMEMBER WHO? IT WAS A GUY GROUP.
