no idea for sure.. i think cool summer = a sorta tame winter with no BIG storms

thats what i've seen so far in the past.. but u never know. i highly doubt a repeat of 2004's non-stop storms and tank's "ball-shrivelling cold" weather will happen again so soon
 
my winter's gonna suck cuz i'm in florida and i hate hot weather.. but as soon as NY gets a blizzard im goin back there..i hope ny gets like 4 feet of snow ..that'll be tite. i wont come back to florida til it all melts lol
