Today, I was called to Human Resources. I was teaching a orientation calls for annual employees. Well, at the end of the class, I gave an In-Service on fire safety because the instructor for the next class was running late. Well, after giving the In-service there is a sheet that the employees must sign agknowlegding they took the class and were In-Services on it. I passed the sign-in sheet and said to the class "If you still have any question the booklet is in english and spanish! If you still have questions you can see me after the class and I'll help to clear up any questions you have". End of class. Right?!?!?! Wrong, someone in the class made a claim that I had made a racist remark by including the remake the the booklet was in english and spanish! WTF, was that! Some little biatch said that I was making a racial remark. Towards hispanics and she was offended. She thought I was white and trying to make this big broo hahaha about it. I'm like I'm Hispanic how in the hell can I be making a racial remark about being hispanic if I'm hispanic. I was heated when I found out. Anyways, HR say there was no grounds for such an alligation but still the fact that some idoit would accuse me of some bullshiat like that. Just venting!!
 
I hate that shit too. Im freakin puerto rican and many think Im freakin Eminem! DAYUM pisses me off. :mad My mother is pale skin with light green eyes...I understand our color...but dayum some people judge too freakin quickly!

She said in her complaint cause my homegurl works in filing and billing dept. and xerox me a copy that "she felt violated and belittled being latina and to have someone making fun of her heritage. I'm like this biatch got's a self-esteem issue about herself or her heritage. WTF..ever!!

i got just the right story for this

one time before all this pc stuff started but around the time it was begining. rem if first started with how you talk to women at work. then it went to the word african americans.89 90 91.

anyway when this crap was first starting. i worked in a goverment office and p c was becomeing a sizzling hot topic. the topic was on fire lets face it.

and women were jumping on it left and right. trying to find ways to turn it to ther advantage. and so were blacks. not so much hispanics. cuase there wasnt much there for them in pc land lllol.

anyway this one chick fired the first shot in my career at least of pc ness. when she accused a co worker of mine of sexual harrasment. first time ever saw it 1990.

she didnt know. cuase she wasnt from the area. that our boss and him and me too. all went to the same high schoool. and we were down to the ground.

these days who knows. wonder what kind of back he'd get today,.high school or not lllol.

but thats was still the 80's more or less. and everybody was still downish.

so the boss said sure. we will make a report of this right away. no way he gets away with this he was being all politicall correct.

as soon as we send in the video tape of all the floors. And she said what you mean all the flooors.
