Naya, you are an artist, and you love what you do, but you are also one of us. Everyone here respects you for what you do, and you have always showed the same in return. You fit right in with the people because your down to earth, you keep it real and you tell it like it is, no games. You're a blast to hang out with and easy to talk to you. And I know I'm not as close with you as you are with some others on here, but I can tell from what they right just how much of a caring individual you are and what an important part you play in each of their lives. I'm honored to know you, not only because you are an artist but because you have the personality that draws others to you. I know I feel lucky to know you. And I think it's great that your able to come in here, and talk about things going on in your daily life, cause it makes us realize that artists are people too, and yes they do have their share of ups and downs, good days and bad days just like the rest of us. So to answer the question, artist or one of the people, you are defenitely the people's artist. Don't ever change! 🙂

Bella, OK, I was away too long, this thread has definitely had its share of posts. I'm sorry for the delay, Holding down 2 jobs can be overwhelming(I'm saving up to pay cash for my BIKE).
Okay, Let me throw in the day I saw my Bella, ALL I saw was a sweet person(LOL) We spoke on the phone and NOT ONCE did she mention that she was "Nyasia". We spoke many times on the phone before actually meeting in person and she never spoke of anything to do with singing.
In fact it wasn't til after actually meeting face to face that she mentioned music and asked me if I liked FREESTYLE. I didn't place 2 and 2 together. I saw my Bella as an independent, hardworking, loving Mother. She gave me a cd to play on my way back to DC and while I was on the phone talking to her, she told me "Now and Forever" was her! I said"STOP LYIN! BELLA! and I cranked the song in my car and I paid attention to it as she proved it by singing in my ear(through the phone)a few lines. I couldn't believe it! I loved the song since the "Hearthrob" and "Roseland" era. NOW I love the woman that sings the song. I am truly the lucky one. Nothing against everyone on here to include the close friends, and I hate to sound like I'm boasting but,,> You all know her as "The Artist Nyasia" and as a regular person with a talent that causes her to stand out amongst the rest..but I know the third side of her and that is the Spiritual side. You see I admire her in 3 views. >Nyasia(The Singer that soothes your worries and moves your blood to your extremities that cause you to dance(or atleast look like you're dancing..LOL) >Nya (The person that makes you feel as if everything will work out and that there isn't anyone that doesn't like her. She will automatically make you want to show her off to your Mother, so you can say "You see Mom, I do have a "GOOD" Friend.")<for real I mean that!
and my>Bella(The Love and Attention she gives her boys and her family and still seems to find time to call me so her voice can soothe my spirit with hers. So thats 3! and everyone of the THREE compliment the OTHER. I TRULY BRAG about my BeLLA and her UNIQUENESS. In the ARMY we have 11 leadership principles and of those 11 the one most often used is "SET THE EXAMPLE" My Bella (NYASIA) does just what ARTISTS should follow. I will ALWAYS be her FAN in 3 ways!
