No - In the promo pic used by Pryme Tyme Records, NV had blonde hair. It may have only been a temporary die job for that photo shoot, but I know what I have seen. As a matter of fact the pic was featured in one of Pryme Tyme's crapy little "Dancing Accross America" newsletters.
