As for those who think I abandoned AKA-Freestyle, It was not I that abandoned it. It was the labels and radio stations. As far as my New single, Trance is the only type of music that I see myself singing and writing to today. The Clubs love it and so do the Radio Stations and so do the Record Labels. Music is my life. I go where my heart takes me. At the moment it happens to be Trance. In the 90's it was Rock. and In the 80's it was Club music AKA Freestyle. You Either Love what I do or you hate it. I cant please everyone all that I ask is that you listen with an open mind and heart. And perhaps my lyrics and vocals will move you the same way they moved me when I was inspired to write them.
Sometime in August Look out for "WILL I FIND TRUE LOVE"

I have to hear this song, I bet it will be a progressive Freestyle track caught in the name confision (progressive frestyle/trance/breakbeat/breaks/freestyle/techno/triphop)

Anyways, More Power To him, If I was gonna be an Artist, I dont know if I would make Freestyle either, okay, I would do at less one or two song, but thats it :lol

Its all about growing as an artist, doing what u like and allowing yourself creative freedom. So what if he doesnt sing freestyle anymore? May dissappoint some people but as long as he does what makes him happy its all good.
 
noel is just changing with the times... look at madonna why is she still number 1 for about 20 years or so... because she changes with the times... that song "music" was a trance-like song just like her newest single. sting's "desert rose" had the trance flavor to it... don't blame noel for the times. like puff daddy once said it's all about the benjamins!!!!!! $$$$$

Someone explain to me why?

I LOVE classic sounding freestyle beats in songs, and I prefer songs that are slower, I guess ballads.

Every once and awhile I buy a maxi-single (I don't have them in front of me) that has an original freestyle song mixed by certain producers who give the song a House/Trance/Techno beat. I then hate the cd and throw it somewhere in the bottom of my cd pile lol!

How do I avoid this in the future when some of the cd's aren't clearly labeled House/Techno/or Trance? When I get home I'll list some of these producers, I seem to have suffered a memory lapse.

Do what you feel you have to do Noel, but your fans loved you the way you were, why change something that worked, and was successful for you?

For me personally, I won't buy freestyle thats Techno, House, Trance, etc. When our local club had Lil Suzy the dj was playing classic freestyle and the fans were dancing to it, then he switched to Techno/Trance/House (are they the same thing?) and alot of the fans stopped dancing. I guess it depends on the club.

To me alot of the songs sounded the same (same beat, not unique enough for me), and after awhile I had a MASSIVE headache from listening to them lol. Well, just my opinion. I did give this type of music a try, and it's not what I like.

TRANCE/BREAKBEATZ

the trance & breakbeat scene has been blowing up in florida for a while now, and it's been around in the underground for many many years. stations like power 96 and party 95.3 in florida have been pumpin' all the latest underground trance/breaks records and making them nationwide hits. i hope this NOEL track does well and takes him to thAt level. i for one am really looking forward to his new single, i love trance and im also a big fan of Noel, so whatever he does he got my full support.

Im very iffy right now, Theres only one artist I want to see and thats plummet. I already seen prophecy 3 times, Dj Icey is already in this next issue. I dont really like this line-up. Last years line up was much better.
 
yeah i agree last years lineup was a lot better, i almost didn't go to this one but im a big fan of the music the station plays so i already got my tickets. i love plummet and dj baby ann so im looking forward to it now.....it should be fun!

Hey Noel, I love your FREESTYLE music and if this is where your heart takes you then good luck to you. I'll be sure to pick up a copy of your music. (someone please email me where I can pick up one of FREESTYLE LEGENDS, NOEL, new cd to support his work) It is the least we FREESTYLE fans can do to support one of FREESTYLE'S legend. Also, Noel, remember one thing buddy.......the labels may have abandoned you.......but not us buddy.......we FREESTYLE FANS will always remember your music. "Silent Morning" is by far one of the most memorable FREESTYLE SONGS....EVER MADE. And I challenge anyone to dispute that "FACT"
