G_I_JOE_EMR its not always cold in NYC! Try the summer time, its freaking 90 degrees and burning hot usually.
That's when I try to go up to Canada lol.
Hotels in NYC are mad expensive, yeah staying in Jersey will save you some $$, same with staying in Queens or Brooklyn instead of Manhattan, but then you dont have easy access to all the sights... so it's a compromise. I would plunk down the $$ to stay in Manhattan if you want to really enjoy everything. Maybe you could try Priceline.com. I Know BIDDINGFORTRAVEL.COM is a good resource for finding good deals on priceline.com.
