hmmmmm...when I have the pic stored in my comp, I right click on the pic, and select "edit".
when the pic opens, I go to "edit" off the menu bar at the top of the screen, and then select "stretch/skew" and adjust the numbers.
They usually show 100 100 in the boxes. I change them to 20 20 in the boxes and click apply.
then the pic is resized. Before you do that, you should "copy" the pics. That way if something isn't right, you still have your original.
