Ok, from what I heard on the radio, the groups name is not tatu (like the word tatoo) it is an anagram, with each letter standing for something. T.a.t.u. is two girls and supposedly (remember this is just a rumor) The words for T.A.T.U. (I don't know what they are exactly, they are 4 Russian words) are supposed to stand for "this girl loves that girl".
