AS SOME OF OU KNOW I AM A LICENSED DAYCARE PROVIDER. WELL I HAVE A 3 MONTH OLD RIGHT NOW AND ON FRIDAY HE GIGGLED OUT LOUD WHEN I WAS TALKING TO HIM AND MOVING HIS LIL ARMS.... 😛 HE IS SOOOO CUTE..ANYWAYS I WAS WONDERING THAT IF THE LIL ONES DO SOMETHING FOR THE FIRST TIME..U KNOW LIKE GIGGLING OR CRAWLING, ETC.SHOULD I TELL THE MOM OR JUST LET HER CATCH IT ON HER OWN?? I HAVE HER KIDS FOR 11 HOURS A DAY, AND I FEEL THAT WHEN I TELL HER THESE THINGS THAT SHE IS GONNA FEEL BAD, AND I KNOW THAT ITS NORMAL FOR PARENTS TO GET JEALOUS AT THESE THINGS...( I READ ABOUT THAT IN A MAGAZINE B4)

You're not going to get a right or a wrong answer from any of us because it all depends on the individual. Some moms would want to know and feel happy about it and others may feel sad because they missed out on it. But they have to work right? And that's the reason for their babies being with you. So since you take care of their babies, tell them, "I think you're going to be quite happy with your little one today. Today was a special day." And when they ask you why that's when you break the news to them. 🙂
