One thing about cars Eluder. This Sunday (if your willing to go that far) St.Laurent,Quebec(2 hours away from Montreal) is having the biggest Import Drag race day in Canada and if you know about the drivers in the US Chris Rado will be there (don't know who else is going to be there tho). I'm 90% sure I'm going so let me know if your going and anybody else, that way we can hook up and go as a group.

Well, that's crazy far, plus to be honest, when it comes to cars, especially drags, I much prefer to watch American muscle than Imports. The only imports I truly like are the Impreza, 300zx, Supra and RX-7. 🙂 The only import tomorrow will probably be my friend's 300zx, the rest are going to be GTPs running raw, low end power and the f-body club. Those are true draggers, American V8s baby! Thanks for the heads up though.
 
Some Imports are crazy, I totally agree, now when it comes to true Japanese power (ie: cars we don't get here), I only look at the Lancer EVO, the STi WRX and the Skyline GT-R!
 
Well, I love American Cars too( and a Lot) but I just got a cheap Civic as my first car and then another after that but my favorite car is a Corvette (hopefully I can afford one one day). Also the guy I mentioned(Chris Rado) with the Integra has just recently hit the 8 seconds mark on the quarter mile.Thats the record for a GSR or TYPE R engine out there.

P.S. Skyline to me is the ULTIMATE JAP car to have.
 
I know what ya mean, that's why civics are so common, dirt cheap, light weight and big mod market. That's also why I hate them, they're everywhere! Plus I really don't like Honda's engine designs, no freakin' low end, sheesh the worst example of that is the S2000, 153 ft-lbs at 7500RPM, that's horrid. I know it's light as crap, but yuck! That's why I much prefer American cars, or those few Imports I mentioned, they've got a balance of HP and torque. The '02 Z06 is probably my dream car right now, man that's some mean American muscle!
