I was havin some white castles after the ALISHA performance the other night and I couldnt help but wonder...........

what is in a white castle burger?

I thought it was beef but someone told me it was a non meat burger and made totally out of SOY.

Can anyone tell me what is really in it?

Personally, if you drive up to a White Castle in the Bronx, the rats out-number the customers.

So I wouldn't be surprised if a few of those rodents end up in the meat grinder. :barf

It's not soy I know for sure 'cause I once started that veg diet (BTW it worked-then I broke it) when I broke it with one of those White castles (frozen ones), it wasn't soy, I was sick :barf but I don't know what it is.

Oh well I still eat em anyway they good everytime I go to the city I eat me some White Castles. Last time I went to a White Castle was after I left the Copa after the Freestyle Fever show I pigged out since I did had a 4 hr drive back
