I'm trying to figure out who sings this song. The name of the artist is on the tip of my tongue. Its driving me crazy!!! Please help if you can. The song goes a little like this:

It's on a vinyl ep which features Julissa's "I Must Go On".
It came out on Galaxy Records.
I heard only 100 copies of the vinyl were pressed.
