An old trick we use to do was, see if you can identify the shoes "the culprit" is wearing. So whenever the perp was in the vicinity myself and a co-worker would stand within ear-shot of that persons desk and talk about the rude noises and smells that were comming outta that bathroom. So it's a 50/50 chance that , that particular person would smarten up with the bathroom ettiquette
