it must have been when you changed you avatar if you got the pet when they first came out b4 you had 2 b a vip to get them and you change something on your profile it will be deletes cuz it happen to me b4 i became vip..
the only way 2 get it back in being a vip..

But yes Gina...Maci is right. When the pets first became available they were for everyone but then JackG made them available to VIP members only.
