The guy seems really cool. I suspect if we keep the house nice and pat our rent on time we'll have no problem...

The only thing is I have my suspicions about him, after doing my daily exercizes with Yoda the laughing yoga-man, I suspect him and my landlord are one in the same. Imagine Yoda with a haircut, and in preppy clothes and yep, that's my landlord. He's even got a similar accent....hmmmmm???

Him and the last tenants didn't part in a very friendly manner. I hope that it's not a bad sign. We saw them last night and they had horror stories for us. But I'm kinda siding with my landlord I got now because the condition in which they left the house....wow...bien cochinos. No one had been taking care of the back yard, the weeds are literraly as tall as trees.

As soon as I pointed it out, even my daughter noticed the resemblance. Now I'm gonna have to bite my tongue to not call him Yoda...:whistle

I swear, when he talks to me with that accent all I hear is-----

I'm happy I'm alive! I'm happy I'm Alive!

I can be soooooooo evil. Bwaaaaaaahahahahahahaaaaaaaa!!!!!:dgrin

well my aunt owns the building here where i live. and im the land lord. and i start like a son of a bitch with everyone whos moves in here. after they realize my word is law and final.

i warm up to them very fast. over 2 or 3 years lllloll. if i wasnt like that though. this building would nt be as quiet as it is.

so point is i come on real nasty but by 2 years passed were very freindly. so be suspicious of landlord who comes on friendly at the beg. lllllolll.

for example right now you could litterly drop a freestyle cd. and hear it in every floor of this building.

and mind you every floor of this building is populated by spanish people like me? took me 3 years to get the building this quiet.

so be suspicious of landlord who comes on freindly llloll. all good landlords usually not very freindly or at least those who run a tight ship.

but who knows maybe he is just freindly??? time will tell??

my advice dianita

actually you know whats a great piece of advice. pay the rent in the middle of the month. or 2 weeks early. that way that guy would have no choice but suck your ass.

remmeber the only thing an owner cares about is two things. and thats it.

silence

and

rent.

it startes there and ends there. we got this couple living there in the first floor. theyve been there for 15 years now no crap. and if we have said 50 words to each other. its alot. but those people pay the rent early. and you dont know theyre alive.

if they called me a son of a bitch. tommorow id have no choidce but to keep them there. cuase the rent history is legendary.

or course if they were very nice. but missed the rent 2 times. a lawyer would be serving them notice.

thats the world of renting and owning. its all about money and silence llloll.

bel me ive been in this 25 years now. with my grandfather and now my aunt?

soon me llloll.

by myself

llloll

Well, I think we've gained some points, because even though he's supplying all the materials, we're doing what home repair specialists would charge like $7,000 for labor, with all the floor repair, installing new cabinets, countertops, reflooring the whole house, updating the thermostats, landscaping, painting, redoing the steps and walkways among other things....

wow that laugh is evil! :yoomg
:yoomg <--- Oh sweetie what happened to your hair???? Come to think of it, it's kinda cute...

Yep, and these last people left it in really bad shape. If he had rented to anyone else, he would have spent alot in repairs first.
