would you forgive me for leading you astray
could you pardon all of my corrupt ways
i know it won't be easy to overlook
the pain i caused your soul when i took
advantage of the fact that you were in need
my selfish ambition threw away the respect i had for thee
i lost all control and forgot what was right
i gave into my temptations and i lied
i made up stories in my mind
i pretended to become what you needed most
i schemed wicked plans and i grieved the holy ghost
words right now won't mean much
but i present them as my apology--i hope you accept it as such
i never knew how far this game would go
i know we both know it's not worth our souls
forgive me please for being weak
and for not protecting you from my carnal needs
i have asked God to renew my heart
and to give me the strength for a new day to start
i once again implode for your forgiveness
i once again apologize for my sins

" you know you right the most beautiful poetry" , it touches my heart and soul each time and there a lot of them i could relate and even some i can not relate to but i understand them. and they are great. you should publish your own book foreal i'd be in line to by them and then write them for inspiration to someone i care about each time for every moment you have an exquisite expression{don't know if i speeled that right but}beautiful words and the thoughts alone go eep. girl amen your the queen. that 's tight they always are. your soul shines right through you know this right!!!!!! pat your self on the back gierl good job..good work , good talent.

I write from my heart, my life experiences, as well as other people's experiences. Writing is the way I communicate and connect with others....thank you for being part of that!!!

you know recently i have been pondering a poem about one being what the other needs during the drunkeness of love, and then realizing what one has become.
