CHYQO - Lil Suzy's RANDY isn't all that...I didn't even like it...it's a total ol skool record...well considering she was 8 when she did it, so i guess it was in 1988 that she did that song!

I don't mean to toot my own horn, but...

I have a test pressing of the This Is Slammin' E.P., which I got from one of my friends. I don't really know how much the record is worth, but once, I was offered $100 for it. However, I refused to sell it because, as far as I'm concerned, it is a unique piece. I don't know anyone else who also has a test pressing.

If I had to guess, I would say it was pressed in 1996 or 1997. I'm not sure, however, since there is no date on the label.

The label on Side A has the name & address of the pressing plant (Rainbo Records in Santa Monica, CA), and the label on Side B has a sticker with a list of some of the songs on the E.P.

With the help of some people, I have been able to figure out the titles and artists of all six songs on the record:

Side A:
(1) Slammin' Sam - "Get Ready" (House Track)
(2) Kenny (Moulton) - "I can't Get You out of My Mind"
(3) S-Factor featuring Sharyn Maceren - "Hard to Get"

Side B:
(1) Kenny (Moulton) - "Stay with Me"
(2) S-Factor featuring Sharyn Maceren - "You're My Everything"
(3) Kenny (Moulton) - "Visions"

Although this is not my favorite record, it is probably the rarest one I have in my FreeStyle collection. 😉
