I hate them my skin is so sensitive that when I get bitten they turn red and irritate the shit out of me even with the fukin bug spray I got bitten any suggestions to eep from scratching or the fukers biting me?

When you've been bitten, what I was told was you take your nail and put an "X" on the bite. When I came back from Puerto Rico, I was bitten up bad, and my co worker told me. At first I looked at her like she was nuts, but did it anyway and oddly enough it worked.

Also what works is aloe vera gel.

Actually the itching sensation you feel is caused by there saliva dripping into your upper epidermal area. (Just below the Top layer of skin.) causing it to swell and Itch.

I basically got eaten alive when I went camping a couple weekends ago...I think I still have some...It's the worst you cant even move cuz your clothes make them all itchy I had to buy after bite which costs a lot but I'd pay anything not to be in agony...it's amazing I went thru 2 cans of repelant and was wearing pants and a sweater and i still got bites all over me even on my feet and i was wearing runners crazy

I hate them suckers...When I go to PR they wait for me to get out of the plane...They have a feast with me! And that Off shyt dos not work...but I have noticed that the Avon Skin so Soft repels them for some reason...

Here's another note. I heard (but don't know if it's a fact) the female's wings don't make any noise when they flap, however, the male's do.

So at night, if you hear a "buzz"....it's a male who doesn't bite, and you are ok.

but, if you are in bed, and you don't hear anything, you may be dinner.

Whats the purpose of the X ? Off doesnt work for mierda the ones that bite me or those dayum fruit fly looking ones there silent lil fukers I was working out and doing my yogapilates which requires yu to lay down and practice breathign the lil fukers were flying above me waiting lol the ones I got are on my legs back of my calfs so I wear skirts so thankfully the material doesnt rub against them I haev to try that avon one then not to crazy about walking around with X's lol 🙂

I've heard eating lots of garlic repels them.
Dont scratch, it'll make it itch more. And on "My Big Fat Greek Wedding," the father sprayed Windex on bites. OK, I was desperate and stupid enough to try it, and it did help. On the plus side, I felt squeeky clean, on the downside, it's not quite designer perfume.
