Well to be a Moderator JackG choses you or the other Mods may recommend a member to be a Mod when we are looking for new mods...usually a person who's been a member for a while and/or is a active CF member who posts up in dif forums with dif subjects
As for how you can help run CF as a member...you can become a VIP member (giving you access to more forums) PMing mods when you see a problem (we don't always catch everything) and promoting freestyle, concerts, events, artists and cds 🙂
