exactly what I wanted to hear..i know its hard to type from a labtop because I am typing on one lol..I was just wondering where you were comming from.You made it much clearer and exactly stated to where one would understand...Its so important to always have a back up plan just in case music doesnt work out..I am sure once you guys have meetings and conversations this will pan out with great results.Tony G deff has alot of great points and I wish you guys the best,,I just feel when you go after something a dream career anything in life go for it with your all and in the end youll come out with positive results wether it be putting togtehr a product that meant so much to you and not sell and still be proud or because you made it big and are able to make a living off of your dream..I think you guys have so much great ideas its only the begining stages but I think you guys will pull it off

Thanks, and I will do whatever it takes to help our music culture and anyone who needs someone to talk to as I had my "Up & Downs" in the industry.. Trust me, my wife can tell you all.. I had 2 major album deals (1 group had a # 1 record in the Latino Billboard Chart back in 1996 and I was asked by a management who was going to take over the girl group (I will not disclose who, but is very big in Salsa) and Sony Latino and there was a problem with Sony Latino and the current management of this girl group. It was a dead issue cause the manager and production company DID NOT want to sell the contract to Sony Latino and wanted to keep it on their own independent label (very stupid).. The group went down and was a one hit wonder.. If on Sony, they PROBABLY would have been an international group (I think they would have).. So you could imagine how i felt when everything was planned (going to PR to produce and also the production advance was GREAT and just to be on a major label which was always my dream went sour).. That is why I made my statement above.. You never know what is coming around the corner..
 
Ok I got a question.. and please don't take this the wrong way. I have great respect and admiration for both MKG and Nu-image.

What is the purpose of posting this here shouldn't you both be on the phone or in council discussing this as business men? A web board is no place to conduct business or turn ideas. Once you have the base line down, and want the fans interaction that's one thing, but to continue this and lay a scheme of approach on the board is a foolish thing to do. Especially with all the negativity that can attack it.
 
MKG.. I have to say.. you're coming back has definitely stirred the waters! I'm wishing you the ultimate success with this endeavor.. it's an excellent idea!

I'm not taking your statement wrong. We are looking to get some input from the CF members. We want people to voice their opinion so it will help us with is project. Again, it's a unity thing and not an MKG and Nu Image thing. We want to get the public involved. We probably will get attacked by haters and we will read their comment but it would not impact in what we are set out to do. I've LEARNED my lesson (thanks to Tony, James Anthony(KTU), Nyasia, Heartbrake, DJ Paradise, LaBettyBoop and so many other great people on CF that warned me of haters and not to pay it any mind..LMAO). Haters and bashing is NEGATIVE and we will let it just roll off. Tony and myself will be on the horn alot. We will be planning this and sharing ideas. Again, this is NOT going to take place overnight. We want to do this right.. We want to get all CF member involved and also support our new idea which could be of benefit to everyone..

I respect your opinion

Ted, you're absolutley right, and that is currently being done (Phone Conversations) It's always great to get the fans point of view but also sometimes it's helps to see all that will go into this to make it work.
We are one step ahead of you, but I have to go now as I have Michael on hold, Later.

Hi Krystal,

I did receive your PM.. Did you want a list of all productions I did (house, remixes) or just freestyle?? If it's all, it will take me some time as I did about 75 productions and will have to dig in the crates to pull my 12"'s.. Yes, i was never organized with my productions.. I also did some house stuff for the UK (London & Spain).. It was when all the freestyle heads thought I was working at Burger King.. LMAO.. But i will get you whatever you need. In fact, i need to transfer all my stuff onto CD so my kids will have a great memory of my work (past, future and upcoming present)..

Your point was gladly taken and it was very valid. He has me that will support him in whatever he felt the need to do at this point unless it was way out of the league and unrealistic. I am a realist and there is no changing minds. He is a smart man yet alone has great ideas. I will be on that board as well to help make things run smoothly. Its just a matter of support and being open minded to the unknown.

Not to be nasty..which i am not. I think thinking open and logically out loud helps get back feedback whether its positive or negative. He's asking for your interaction in what everyone thinks. Whether he takes it or not is on him but when they go to the board..things may have changed and have been accomplished at that point. That's the whole point of this site whether you choose to read it or not is a whole other ball game and the topics may be off..its a freestyle site to see whats in the making. Get my point.
 
In the time I have spent on the boards I have seen some great ideas come to a crashing halt due to someone have a disturbing opinion or just the lack of interest. I think what MKG and NUI are envisioning would be a great accomplishment. I would just hate to see it thwarted before it got a chance to start. Remember not everyone needs to know everything that's just good business, fans or not. Sorry if I'm pissing people off cause anyone who knows me will tell ya I have supported this Genre thru what ever and by any means available. But it's just facts.

Point taken and you are right..things should be done discretly. But like you said, everyone is entitled to their opinion and again some people like to think out loud. Ulimately, it boils down to pen and paper. Thanks for hearing me out!

So far everything I hear is awesome, and i would be an honor to take part in this, I know I am not as bigg as sum new skoolers are but I know music and I hear and listen to music and I would love to be apart of the committee for this project , my only conflict and issue is that I live in Rochester, NY, but I am always willing to make sacarfices, especially for sumthing this bigg, I have done it for the last 8 years and will keep on doing my part as an artist and a song writer, I think everyting that has been said is true and positive, lets keep it that way, this will take sum serious thinking and bonding and communication, ect.ect. and I am willing to voice my opinion on anything and everything, let me know what I can do in my part like I said if u need me in the city I am there for whatever reason , Ricky Vaz
