I have deff blown some opportunities in my life.
I've walked away from a job three years ago, that I still regret to this day leaving. But life has brought me some opprotunities that wouldn't have presented themselves if it weren't for the choices I made.

so I have a saying:
ONE SHOULD ONLY LOOK BACK TO REMINISCE THE GOOD TIMES
ONE SHOULD ONLY LOOK BACK TO LEARN FROM THE PAST
