You're surroundings were quiet, but you couldn't hold back.
Wish I make you laugh everyday.
Whether I'm at work or Play.
I miss your voice, it's sad to say.
I know we'll talk again someday
The last time I saw you, I couldn't let go
All I asked for were hugs and kisses
And you gave me more than I asked for.
I handed you a drink, didn't want to release your hand
Wanted to touch you as long as I can.
You played with my hair as I rubbed your back
Kisses on the forehead, damn I want those back
I miss your face, it's sad to say
You don't know this, but I see you everyday.
Why is it so hard to let go of you?
When being with you is so good.
This is something I thought I had control
But control has taken over me and my soul.
I miss you like everday
Your photo is always on display
So I wanted to let you know
How I feel inside.
Since you're not by my side
