the name of the group is ABC....they were around in the 80's and had a bunch of pop hits. you can check out an electro remix of that track on street jams :electric funk part 4 which also features "dont stop the rock" by freestyle, "i wonder if i take u home" by lisa lisa, "rock me" by connie and "it's automatic" by freestyle......i use to love that song "how to be a zillionaire" when i was mad young. i think you will like this electro mix of it, it sounds a little like freestyle......
