Hey Scotman,

I was the original drummer & percussionist.

Well if you worked with Frank, then you know that we started at 40/40 we used to be their all the time recording at Pantera, but as the story goes Lewis didn't want to put out "Take me as i am" because he wanted us to back up Expose".
that's how we made it next door to Joey Boy.

We had backed up Expose for a few shows and Lewis wanted us to keep doing that. It was a great time, I still talk to Lewis every once in a while.

Great memories...I came in right after 40/40 and replaced Al Fuentes!! Poor guy...I have been speaking to Lewis as well, possib;ly having him produce my artist (Alisha), just having a hard time finding songs..And I remember, not putting out Take Me was one of his few mistakes!!! Great song, I used to love watching you guys perform, always a kick-A** show with lots of energy.. Send Gus my best

Is it really just GIOIA?
I LOVE Gioia, but diddnt EXPOSE' just get back together with Jeanette, Ann, & Kelly, as of summer 2003?
& According to them, Gioia was gonna do shows with them (rotating with Kelly).
That would really kick a$$ if they would come!

& There's probably no time left, but there's still more artists that are willing to perform like, SHANA, CONNIE, members of NICE N' WILD, & possibly Maria of SEQUAL.

& What about STEVIE B?
Oh, let me guess, ...he's asking for $1 Million in advance before his show. - LOL! (Sorry had to say it!), but still love my Stevie B.🙂
& It woulda been nice to see COMPANY B, LINEAR, & TRINERE.
By the way, where the hell is Trinere? She seems to be such a mystery these days.

Hey Company, yes, it's GIOIA..I was their tour mgr thru the 80's and early90's. Gioia has been doing great on her own! Check out her website @ gioiabruno.com. As for the other girls, Jeanette , and.. they have only done that one show over the summer @ a fair in St Luis obispo in Ca. I don't think you'll ever see the original members of Linear in the same room together, but Charlie, who was the vocalist, is doing great. I am still in touch w/him. he's livin in fla still, managing some strong Rock bands and lots of writing. he wrote on Anastacia's album, along with some others. Great guy!! Olga recently movedback to Miami after some time in europe and arizona (she married a Air Force Pilot and has a couple kids), as for Maria...Haven't talked to her in a loong time, last I heard she was doing commercial jingles....

Yeah, I remember hearing something about you being involved with Lewis & "Expo" way back when.

About Gioia, thanks for the insight. I have her new stuff, & I have been a member of her site for a couple years now, & have met & hung out with her a few times here in FL. She made me cry once when she privately sang a part of "December" to me.🙂 LOVE HER!
Im supposed to be interviewing her sometime early next year I beleive, so lets see what happens.

Can you get OLGA & CHARLIE to perform?

Ft. Lauderdale Freestyle.

I went to the Kings of Freestyle in Ft. Lauderdale and it was great. I never danced so much in my life. I can't wait till the concert in the War Memorial. I'll see you all there.

I wish i could have made it to this show since i grew up in miami in the 80's when power 96 use to support miami freestyle. i remember seeing erotic exotic and secret society at soo many shows.espcially hot wheels skating center and club 1235. i hope someone takes pics and post them up here
next time feature more artist like will to power,voice in fashion,sequal,teaz 2 pleaz,tolga,g.t.,ray guell,stephanie,company b,promise circle,jill,cherokee,4 real,nice & wild, etc

I won tickets through Party 93.1 for the freestyle reunion concert last night. All I can say is WOW! To see so many of the artists in one venue was incredible. Lisa Lisa set the place on fire with her truly impressive voice. George Lamond and Stevie B were off the hook!! I can't say enough good things about it! My ears are still ringing from being about 20 feet from center stage. Great job Wild O Productions and all of the artists that performed. There really should be more concerts like this!!!
