Can anyone tell me the history of this indie label, the artists & producer on the label, the sound, recording studio, if the label is still around?

the metro message found on the 12" singles

I believe the group Laizze faire had a video for one of their songs is this true & which one was it? was this at the height of the labels success?

Wassup Jerry ?? Have Not Seen U Or Heard From U Since Wmc 96....

I came across the site and joined last night.I have been watching the dance market over the last year and one half and am encouraged by what seems to be a more receptive radio environment.I have not seen much success from indie dance labels except for those releasing hit driven licensed compilations{Robbins,DV,Ultra}Our greatest successes gained national recognition with airplay on both dance and dance leaning pop stations. While our catalog is still available downloading has severely impacted the sale of finished goods.I,m travelling the next few days but will get you more info in the near future. Thanks, Jerry

GREAT TO HEAR FROM YOU AND LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AGAIN :nutz

Jerry, can you tell us about the friction between Metro & MicMac ? I recently saw your colleague Vinnie Politan on the Steve Adubato Show a few months back and he was gracious enough to give you a shout out. Do you have any plans to return? How are your relations with Adam Marano? Why did your marketing strategy during the dying days of Metro choose to Headline only Adam & Li'l Suzy and sidetrack everyone else? Did you just become lazy and looze interest in the production process?
