makeyadance r u referrin to "the party?" they did a cover of "in my dreams" but they werent a freestyle group they were a disney-created pop group in the late 80s or early 90s.

that's the group! they were a pop group (not created by disney by the way - although there were a few that were) but the song IS a freestyle song - a freestyle song doesn't have to come from a freestyle artist - ms. diana ross did a freestyle song loooooong time ago but she ain't freestyle😀

the kids in THE PARTY were all members of the mickey mouse club. the label they were signed to was disney-affiliated. they were heavily promoted on the disney channel. disney probably made some decent money off them. i dont recall them getting MUCH radio play and they probably never even got on mtv, but were frequently on the disney channel back in the days when i was a kid (a million years ago). in addition to "in my dreams" they also did a cover of of another 80s song, "i know what boys like." both songs, typical of ALL their 80s dance-pop songs, were on the same album. if "in my dreams" was freestyle then brittney spears and nsync have tons of freestyle songs....

Yes Aimee that is the record that I used to have. Thanks for reminding me the name of the artist. Wow I never knew Adam di a cover of Kiss' I Was Made For Loving You. That song is from like 78 or 80 I believe off of the Dynasty record.

There is a freestyle artists actually there's many Freestyle artists who did a rock song, Intonation feat. Joee did "Die in your arms" which is by rock group. Case Closed did a ugly version of "With or without you" by U2 (Sorry I didn't like at all). Pain did "Sara", and many more did the same. Now on the topic napster......I always followed Metallica since they first started I always been a fan of there's and of Rock and Metal......I applaud them for what they did you got to understand the mayority of the artists live of royalties and shows, if no one buy our music how are we suppossed to live, continue what we love , if we ain't seeing not even one cent, labels take alot from an artists.......so thats how I feel and see it......sorry if i offend anyone!!!!!!!!!!😕
 
I for one say buy the cd or the record. I myself do that. But the only time I purchase bootleg is when it is no longer available. So I have n problem supporting the label. It's the labels job to keep supplying the people. Otherwise bootlegging will occur.
 
I heard that freestyle song with parts of "I was made for loving you" in it by Kiss. Not sure who the freestyle artist is or the name of the song.

I though it sounded pretty good!!! 😱
