Whenever the jackpot goes over $100 million, I play, and if nothing else happens, I let myself dream. There was a special on TLC the other night on rags to riches jackpot winners. One guy showed off all of the treasure's he baught and one was a $75,000 painting. I kinda splurged on that one he said, but I'll make it back in interest in 3 days. Holy moolah, Batman. Let's all dream together...what would you do with that money? What really makes me crazy is the people who complain that they have more money than they know what to do with....Heeeelllllooooo, I'm over here!!!lol Of course, I'd do the obvious practical things, pay my debts, get health and life insurance. Sounds kind of morbid, but I'd get a family burial plot and a beautiful house, though not too overboard. There are too things I've always wanted to do if I had money, 1. Fund prenatal clinics here and overseas. I could tell you some really sad stories, and I'd do something to help children who are abused or unloved. Of course, I'd do fun stuff too but I'd still be a careful spender. Though I am truly happiest when I am giving. Like my daddy always used to say, the poorest man can be rich if he lives his life with love, and the richest man can be poor if there is no one.
 
girl, I also play when the stakes are high...why not get a chunk of that money if blessed to receive. There's enough for alot of people.
 
I definately wouldn't mind all of it. lol. But I'm not that bad. I get excited if I win $2 in the scratchoffs. I thin when people play all the time, it losos some of the excitement. I actually have a fear that if I really did win, I'd drop dead right then and there.

if i was to win i would buy a nice big house on the north shore of long island and throw a party for all of my friends from CF every weekend
 
oh man, with that money..i would pay off my house and buy my dad, sisters and grandparents a new house.
I would get my mom the headstone I wanted for her.
Gosh I would give for Breast Cancer research.

I would take care of my family and a few close friends who have been there for me through my darkest days.

And I will travel.....

Yes, they are, and I totally get you on the headstone thing. I haven't been able to afford one for my baby yet, and it's things like this you never think about til it gets thrown upon you.

well my mom has one, but i dont like it, her BF at the time of her death, bought it...and I hate him!! Its a long horrible story, so yeah I would change it in a heartbeat and I dont care what he would say.
 
No, we still got the one the funeral home gave us for free, and since it was made of plastic, everytime they mow the lawn, pieces get cut off...I'd also buy a nicer plot..I can't plant anything where he is...
