Freestyle Show @ The World--CANCELLED!!!

Hey all. I was just on Gioia's G-Board and the webmaster of that site posted a message about the NYC "WORLD" show on May 3rd being officially cancelled! I was so looking forward to flying up there with her fans to party with ya'll.

Dear Lou-Lou,

Unfortunately, we would like to inform you that the NYC show at "The
World" scheduled for May 3rd has been officially cancelled.

It seems that NYC Radio station KTU has decided not to have anything to
do with the event and so the promoters decided not to fund the concert.
It is officially cancelled without any rescheduling that we know of.

We appologize for getting everyone's hopes up. It would have been an
amazing event. We hope no one made any airline/hotel reservations, if so,
please cancel them immediately.

Once again, we apologize for any inconveniences and hope to schedule
Gioia at a NYC show very soon. Last weekend was Chicago, this week Rhode
Island and some new dates across the country including Los Angeles are
coming soon...keep checking Gioia's schedule on the main website for
added dates as they become available.
