Has anyone / Would anyone consider finding love like that?

Don't get me wrong, I have a profile in Match.com, but no picture posted (right now)... and well, I closed it for now (until I reach my goal weight)... anyway, I was just asking because my girlfriend actual met her fiance on Match.com. They dated for 3 years and now this March they're getting married. (She'd kill me if she knew I was sharing this... I'll just leave her name out :lol)

Anyone else get lucky?

I'll being posting a picture once I'm down in weight... I don't see anything wrong with it... just curious to see if anyone else was lucky.
 
i did not try it its almost like going out only thing about online dating is if u dont have a pic thats a better shot for me cause once i show my pic the ladies stop talkin to me now if i told her i was makin mad money and i was the same height im sure they would stick around
 
I don't see anything wrong with it but I think you should just be extra cautious thats all cuz there are some freaks on the internet...LOL

😉 I know, I don't go out much, no time... so I think, why not?

I did meet this one guy who when I talked to him over the phone, we had a such a good time... laughing, things in common, ya know....

Then we go out to eat, good looking... but he left one thing out, he was married, but separated - BUT THEY STILL LIVE TOGETHER! Ya, ok, SAY BYE!

Gina, you may want to use a "before" pic in your ad. In mine, I talked about my weight loss and gave them proof.

So many people can make up stuff for their ad. This will make yours look truthful. I have one before pic, and 4 "after" pics.
 
man came back to cf adn find that joe still talkin bad about himself? i know a lot of girls who dont want thugs. they want smoke free guys(as in ciggz) so ya. and i tired those match.com site. but then stop cuz most epople pics and stuff r fake well the one i met. but people do get lucky on there.
 
yea u gotta be carefull alot of them dont put there real pics up i put my real pic up and say its not me like i would post a pic of some other dude wtf are these females smokin lol
 
i mean it all the girls i talk to say i only date non smokers err i hate that but dont matter soon im quittin soon. but the real thing about the online datin is watchin out for stalkers and stuff, that y its better to like hook up with people u can see everyday or w/e i really dont know what im talkin abut rite now lol
 
Well I have my pic posted in some site that I NEVER go to anymore....lol! .... Hold on lemme check my mail there..... OMG 73 peeps interested and 65 emails.... ROFL LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OMG OMG ....*deleted most of them....* anyways back to the topic at hand I met the love of my life via the internet and I won't change it for the world. As for meeting anyone on the net.... like everyone said be careful.... yes there are freaks in there but there is some right next to you. Nothing wrong with putting a profile....just be smart about it and don't let the net be the ONLY place to look for love..

As for the before and after pic.....great Idea 😉

REBER and I are PROOF that it doesn't matter where u find love.. We met on American Singles.com . I was in Fla and he was in NY. Our first DATE was A CF event @ Backdrafts! Here we are.. married.. almost a year now next month.. and still very much HOT for each other after 3 yrs of being together!! Communication is the KEY to any relationship..So make sure you are honest and truthful about urself..True LOVE has NO boundaries.. Good Luck!!
