It was a story in todays USA Today.

A man in an Ark. Hospital has woke up from a come he been in since the middle of 1984. He was put into a coma after a terrible car accident. This guy really missed out on many things that happened.

What are some things you would tell this guy that happened he missed out on?

First I would explain OJ. In 1984 OJ was in the Monday Night Football booth, was inducted into The HOF. Then the trial in 94.

I would tell hin, don't bother watching TV. A show on MTV called; The Real World inspired a new genere of Real Life TV.

Yeah...God...God finally said "wake up bro" I guess better late than neva huh? :rolleyes But then again maybe it was the devil who was holding him back all those years. :heee

Anways...what I would tell him? I would hug him first then tell him glad he is alive and welcome back. 🙂

yup i know about that i was in a coma for 3 months all i remember was wakin up 2 times once to tell my mom im going to heaven she almost passed out . and i got up and said i dont wanna die and my mom said well dont just keep fighting and here i am now still going strong provin docs wrong.
 
TRUST ME HE DIDN'T MISS OUT ON MUCH OF ANYTHING...TO MANY SCANDALS IN THE WORLD EVEN I WOULD LIKE A BREAK FROM ALL OF IT SOMETIMES....I WOULD COOK HIM A GOOD MEAL 😉
 
that's amazing... he's been in coma and haven't even seen his daughter show's like almost 20 now... wow, so much life to catch up to!
 
:hohsit wow joe u was in coma for 3 months? damn that must of have been some feelin when u woke up and u told ur mom that u saw the light at the end of the tunnel like some ppl be sayin when they have an out of body experience and seein urself elevated to heaven i think there cant be no words to describe that but its amazin that u still alive till this day and talkin about that moment
 
i dont remeber much just what my mom told me i said i got up twice and said im going to heaven and then gettin up and sayin i dont wanna die . so to this day i am a fighter i wont go easy .

WOW, thats amazing he managed to actually wake up after so long in a coma. he's lucky since so many people just kinda die after being in a coma for years.

do people age when they're in comas?
 
Miracles can happen. As Joe has proved..and my aunt's fiancee. He was on a respirator and the doctor called my aunt 1 evening about a month ago, and said he wouldnt make it through the night. Well, he came off the respirator about 2 days later, and he is now breathing just fine on his own. Unfortunately, he has terminal cancer and wont live a long life, but he beat the odds and is still alive. It just wasnt his time yet.

Hey, my parents told me during my coma, i kept repeating the cast of the STAR WARS movie. So, when i eventually awoke from my coma, I had the whole complete collection by my bedside!!!!!
